Welcome to World of Cupping Academy. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, online cupping courses, educational content, and services (“Services”) provided by World of Cupping (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By enrolling in our courses or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Services.
1. Educational Purpose Only
All content provided through our courses, videos, guides, and communications is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or treatment. You are solely responsible for applying any techniques learned in accordance with the laws and licensing requirements of your jurisdiction. Students outside the United States are responsible for verifying if cupping therapy is permitted or recognized in their country.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Account Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You may not share your account, login credentials, course materials, or certificates with others.
4. Intellectual Property
All content provided by World of Cupping Academy — including videos, graphics, text, PDFs, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of the Company and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any course material without express written permission.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
We do not offer refunds for completed purchases of digital courses. If you experience a technical issue or believe you were charged in error, please contact us at worldofcupping@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
6. Certificates & Accreditation
Completion certificates are issued only after full completion of course materials, quizzes, and any required assessments. Our courses may include international recognition but do not replace any legal licensing required in your country. In-person practice sessions are optional and available at our Houston clinic by appointment only. Students are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and scheduling. Certificates will only be issued once all required payments have been completed and verified.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
– Use our content for unlawful, misleading, or unauthorized purposes
– Violate intellectual property or privacy rights
– Upload viruses or attempt to disrupt our site or systems
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account without notice if you violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
We make no guarantees that the use of our Services will result in any specific outcome. All content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Use and any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this website, our services, or any courses offered by World of Cupping Academy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
By using our Services, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
You further waive any objection based on venue or forum non conveniens with respect to such courts.

We may use third-party platforms or tools to deliver our Services, including but not limited to Vimeo, YouTube, Zoom, Stripe, or Tutor LMS. Your use of any such third-party tools or services is also subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies, which we do not control.
14. Certificate Use Limitations
Our certificates are issued to acknowledge successful completion of the course material. They do not guarantee clinical competency, legal licensure, or authorization to practice Hijama therapy in any jurisdiction. Students are responsible for ensuring that their use of the certificate complies with local laws and regulations.
